Centro Acuatico Nosara (CAN) is under the umbrella of Fundación DMA and consists of a junior Olympic sized pool, which is located adjacent to Del Mar Academy. The swim programming is available for Del Mar Academy students, the students from the public schools of Nosara, and the general public.
If you would like to donate by wire transfer or donate stock, please email admin@amigosofcostarica.org to receive the indicated account information. We will also confirm which project you would like to support with your donation and how you would like to receive your receipt.
Amigos of Costa Rica charges a 3% fee on donations. If you would like to cover the fees associated with your donation, please include an additional 3%.

CAN Swim believes that learning how to swim ought to be a universal birthright.
Centro Acuático Nosara is founded:
To teach swimming for survival in the water, to build upon this swim knowledge to create athletes in the sport, and to be a hub for aquatic education and recreation in the community.
The programs will be available for Del Mar Academy students, the general public, and for free to students of the public schools of Nosara as part of the “Learn to Swim Program”.
