Flow of Funds
1. You Donate
Choose whether you’d like to support Amigos of Costa Rica in our operations or if you’d like your funds to go directly to nonprofits around Costa Rica. Communicate your preferences to Amigos of Costa Rica when you make your donation.
2. Transfer
Upon request by the beneficiary organization, Amigos of Costa Rica transfers funds received (your donation, less any fees) to Costa Rica.
3. Reporting
Affiliate organizations report back to Amigos of Costa Rica annually, ensuring the best use of your donations. Highlights from the annual affiliate reports are featured in the Amigos of Costa Rica Annual report.
