With a successful track record of more than 17 years, our organization has made significant strides in addressing the socio-economic needs of our most vulnerable youth. We work in partnership with public institutions, international cooperation, business sector, academia and other civil society organizations, to ensure the sustainability and replicability of our interventions.

High Opportunity Schools: consolidates the capacities of public educational centers in San José, Cartago, Guanacaste y Puntarenas for the implementation of strategies and actions aimed at preventing student exclusion and promoting permanence.
Employability Program for Women: Promotes an intersectoral work strategy aimed at promoting the educational and labor trajectories of young women in Limón, in order to increase their participation in the labor market.
Young Talent: Enhances the human capital of young people through training for employability and linkage with job opportunities in partnership with multi-sectoral actors and local governments.
Phoenix Project: Strengthens the institutional governance of the Juvenile Criminal Attention Department of the Ministry of Justice and Peace, as a comprehensive strategy for the prevention of violence in youth and adolescents.
