After over a decade of impact, we are at an ideal place to appreciate areas of opportunity.

We must invest in the development of our team, volunteers, and alumni. This capacity-building initiative will enable our organization to remain resilient, adaptable, and effective in achieving our mission while continuing to grow.

By enhancing our internal capabilities, we can deliver our programs more efficiently and reach a wider audience.

Specifically, this initiative will allow for the improved development and expansion of the following key programs:

Niñas hacia el espacio

4 Editions for 120 Girls (30 per Edition)

The program aims to encourage girls between the ages of 7 and 9 to explore the path towards a STEAM career through play in a 2-day bootcamp.

MenTeen Acción

6 Editions for 300 Women (50 per Edition)

The program aims to cultivate technical and strategic skills in young women aged 15 to 19, encouraging them to explore careers in STEAM fields. This is achieved through an 8-week hybrid methodology that combines both in-person and virtual sessions.

Women in Action - Employable Training Program

2 Editions for 100 Women (50 per Edition)

The objective is to equip women aged 18to 30 with technical skills in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Data Science, along with proficiency in English and high-demand job skills, within a 6-monthhybrid methodology blending in-person and virtual sessions.

Red MenTe

June 2024: 1250 members - We hope to have at least 1,650 members from all parts of the country by the end of 2026.

Once the participants of MenTe en Acción and Women in Action, they are part of the Red MenTe (National Network of Women in Technology) where they can access ongoing exclusive opportunities to continue learning, networking, meeting women and men in the areas, as well as exploring scholarship and job opportunities. This network aims to create a supportive community for our alumni, volunteers, and staff, fostering ongoing mentorship, professional development, and collaborative opportunities. By strengthening Red MenTe, we ensure that our participants have continued access to resources, guidance, and a platform to share their experiences and insights.
