Adriana is a native of Cartago, Costa Rica and currently resides in Nosara, Guanacaste. Her education and work experience include Business Management, Communications and Fundraising.

After over a decade of experience in corporate work in San José, she moved to Nosara with her daughter to start a new career supporting local non-profits in a variety of administrative and fundraising roles.

During the last 8 years Adriana has supported local community groups and projects including wildlife rescue and conservation, local emergency services, recycling management and coastal reforestation.

Adriana is very proud to be Costa Rican and has a passion for introducing visitors to the richness of the country’s culture, nature and way of life.

As Affiliate Coordinator, Adriana employs her on-the-field experience to help non-profits gain the competencies and confidence to connect potential supporters around the globe!
